Featured products include EcoWrap, a paper-based flow wrap that can be used to protect food or non-food products. Winpak is an original equipment manufacturer of a range of pouch machines for both liquid and dry products. Featured machines include the Winpak W-25 vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s) pouch packaging machine for bulk liquid applications, designed for food service applications where packaging economy through high-output production, fill accuracy, and long shelf-life are paramount. The Winpak WD-32 is a high-output vf/f/s pouch machine that packages a wide variety of particulate dry products at production rates up to 1,000 packages per minute. The W-630/AF vf/f/s pouch machine is a 4-axis servo controlled machine that forms lap seal style pouches in popular widths. Several other pouch machine models are available.

Winpak’s WC horizontal inline fill/seal packaging machine is designed to fill and seal a wide variety of product types, volumes and cup sizes. These versatile machines are designed to run preformed plastic multi-pocket trays that are then separated into individual rectangular cups on the packaging machine. Fill/seal machines utilizing preformed cups are designed to be more economical and efficient than horizontal in-line form/fill/seal cup machines. The WC model cup machine is capable of running production rates up to 600 packages per minute. Other cup and tray filling machines are also available.

Winpak’s rigid container product offering includes cups, trays, food containers as well as films for semi-rigid thermoforming films for blister applications. Highlights from the Winpak product line include the MAPfresh® barrier tray, used primarily for case-ready packaging applications such as animal and plant protein, seafood, cheeses, pre-made meals, and other items. Recyclable trays are suitable for freezing as well as reheating in a microwave. Other products include S-Series thermoformed flat rim cups with a 37mm top diameter, designed for high-speed fill/seal machines for applications including margarine, butter, spreads, and many other liquid and semi-viscous products.
