Whallon Machinery is a supplier of pallet conveyors, transfer carts, turntables, scissor lifts, pop-up conveyors, pallet stackers, roller conveyors for pallets and related equipment. Pallet conveyors and transfer carts handle CHEP, GMA, block, plastic, wood, metal, and solid top pallets and feature rugged construction built from 1/4" plate to withstand forklift damage. Whallon can design and manufacture pallet conveying systems for uncommon and unique floor plans.

Whallon is an integrator of Fanuc and Fuji robots, specializing in robotic can and pail palletizing cells, as well as equipment for can and pail depalletizing, case palletizing and bag palletizing operations. With Whallon robotic integration, all electrical design, PLC programming, controls package, panel assembly, wiring, and testing are done in–house. Factory trained field service technicians and engineers from Whallon support all of the equipment in the robotic cell. Whallon can design and manufacture custom equipment for uncommon and unique floor plans as well.

Whallon Machinery manufactures a wide range of conventional and robotic palletizing systems for cans, pails, bags and cases. Magnetic and vacuum palletizing/depalletizing systems include the Whallon PD90, the original Whallon palletizer/depalletizer designed for cans applications for the food industry, and the PD180 gantry style system. Other specialty Whallon palletizing systems including magnetic pick retort basket loading systems, sweep retort, bulk palletizing, low-profile case palletizing and pail palletizing systems.

Whallon Machinery makes equipment to depalletize cans, composite cans/steel chime, glass jars and bottles, pails, and PET containers. Featured systems include the SC Series of bulk depalletizers, including the SC100 manual and semi-automatic and the SC 300 fully automatic systems. The SC100, designed for depalletizing steel, aluminum, glass, and PET containers, features an economical and simple design and features options including automatic layer sweep, pallet stacking and dispensing and single high units models. The fully automatic SC300 is ruggedly built to depalletize continuous volumes of bulk cans, PET, or glass containers, and features rigid construction and frequency drives for handling difficult containers.
