TapTone manufactures a broad range of inspection equipment including package integrity and fill level detection systems. Leak, vacuum, and pressure sensors are designed for inspecting flexible and rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers. Featured seal integrity systems include the patented TapTone Seal Integrity Tester (SIT) for cup filling lines, consisting of multiple sensors mounted inside the cup filling system that inspect each cup by compressing the sensor head to the foil lid of the cup at full production machine speeds. Fill_xr is a fill level inspection system designed to detect overfill and underfill inspection on one sensor; it runs accurate fill level inspection at production line speeds and features a cantilever design that requires no line modifications.
