StanTech offers a variety of tray forming solutions. Tray formers can be equipped to form using hot melt or mechanically tucked tabs. Tray formats and designs can vary from open trays, trays with a hinged lid, or fold-over tops with cutouts to hold product. Custom tray designs with perforations allow lidded trays to transform into shelf-ready packaging. Larger trays with lids can also have a supporting columns in the middle. Trays are suitable for packing of boxes, bags, cups, containers, and more. Tray formers can run B, C, and thin E flute board types.

StanTech Packaging Machines manufactures complete RSC/tray style robotic case packing systems as well as wraparound case packing machines. UniPack is a universal case packing system designed for flexibility, as it can either be a case erector or tray former. Options are even greater in the packing area where X-Z gantry, articulated arm, or delta spider robots can be used to pick and pack almost any product (bags, cups, cans, etc.) at fairly high speeds. Sealing section can consist of an RSC case sealer or a shrink bundler and tunnel for trays. Add a StanTech palletizer for a full, turn-key packaging solution. StanTech's wraparound case packers handle a fully enclosed product inside a case created from flat corrugated die-cut board. This machine can process B, C to thin E flute cardboard and is capable of custom perforations for shelf-ready packaging.

StanTech Packaging Machines supplies palletizing systems featuring FANUC M-410 robots. Palletizing at speeds of up to 4200 mm/sec, these custom-built, 4-axes palletizers handle payloads of 60 kg and reach heights of up to 3,13m. Build finished product formations onto pallets using robotic arms that are carefully selected to meet precision and other requirements. Custom built end-of-arm tools come in various shapes (vacuum cups, grippers, fingers, etc.), and can handle a wide range of items (products, boxes, trays, bags, pallets, slip sheets). Robotic cell is fully enclosed, with access doors, following all safety features (i.e., door magnets, circuit breakers, light curtains) and protocols.
