Quadrel Labeling Systems manufactures print-and-apply, pressure-sensitive, and shrink sleeve application systems ranging from simple, economically priced machines for smaller companies to sophisticated, technically advanced systems capable of speeds up to 500 ppm. Featured labeling systems include Quadrel's high-speed, non-stop, zero downtime labeling system with four servo-driven applicators designed to accommodate a wide variety of flat panel, oval or round containers at speeds in excess of 300ppm. System’s pneumatic slides reposition applicators outside of the guarding during roll changes to pull the applicator away from the conveyor for ease of label change. Features all overhead electronics, internationally compliant guarding, Allen-Bradley© PLC control and touchscreen operator interface.
