Rotary chuck type cappers help bottlers eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps on the filling line. PallayPack’s chuck cappers are designed to improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. Compact and requiring less change parts because one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps, chuck cappers feature fast changeover times. After capping is complete, no further adjustments to dial in the torque are needed. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles/min. and for longer production runs.

PallayPack supplies horizontal and vertical sachet pouch and stick pack filling machines for solid, powdery, granular liquids and pasty products. Featured in PallayPack's line of intermittent and continuous motion systems is the PharmaStick CS OMAG machine, which uses a single roll of heat-sealing film that is pre-cut in the number of packaging lanes. A tubular sleeve is created out of each strip, and then sealed lengthwise; the horizontal sealing unit forms the stick.

PallayPack supplies bottle orientation and unscrambling machines, including the PPS, a belt and hook type unscrambler that is compact and capable of high speeds. The M1000 model (or M1200 for larger bottles or faster speeds) is designed as a companion to the PPS counters; this unscrambler will operate up to 125 bottles per minute on 200ml round containers and can be equipped with ionized air bottle inverting cleaner. Other models include a bottle cleaner with built-in unscrambler. Unscrambers, designed for plastic bottles used in pharma, food, gummies and related applications, are designed for long-lasting, consistent operation and are suitable for specific bottle size ranges and speeds.
