The MGS portfolio includes several technologies to denest and place stacked trays, tubs, clamshells quickly and accurately. Featured equipment for bowls, trays and cups includes the IPP (Intermittent Pick n' Place) for feeding stackable items, the ITD (Intermittent Tray Denester) running at 70 ppm, the RPP (Rotary Pick n' Place) system for denesting and feeding stackable items, and the Vortex, a bulk feed/sort/singulate system for applications on trays and bowl lines.
