Mespack’s line of vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s) equipment includes a stick pack machine series and four-sided seal multilane machine series for flat sachets. In addition, Mespack supplies 34 models of horizontal form/fill/seal (hf/f/s) machines for flat and stand up pouch packaging from low to high fill volumes with different speed ranges. Mespack’s vf/f/s machine is built in a monobloc design and heavy-duty steel frame, designed to provide free access to all sides of the machine as well as facilitate maintenance procedures. The ML Series is especially suited for packaging granules, powder, and liquids into flat sachets for pharma, food, and home and personal care sectors. Highlighted amongst Mespack’s line of hf/f/s models is the HIM Series, combining a patented intermittent and continuous motion design and capable of producing 150 pouches/min.

Mespack now offers the new HF series filling systems for top and edge spouted pre-made pouches. Due to a continuous filling motion through the spout, head space is reduced and the "wave effect" is prevented, reducing the amount of film usage by 15%. As a result of its modular design, the HF series allows for a pouch forming module to replace the automatic rail loading system. It is designed to increase output capacity by adapting the machine to be operable with additional lanes. Models HF-2400 and HF-4800 can be configured to simultaneously package a variety of products and formats.
