Eriez vibratory equipment effectively and efficiently conveys, screens and feeds materials in quantities ranging from a few spoonfuls to tons per hour. Eriez supplies light and medium duty feeders to handle bulk materials from micron size to bulk chunks. Vibratory conveyors handle a variety of bulk materials at flow rates to 60 fpm. Brute Force feeders provide a cost effective means to feed or screen large volumes of bulk material for applications where limited feed rate adjustability is required. Eriez manufactures a magnetic palletizer/depalletizer that will remove an entire layer of full or empty steel cans one time from a multilayer stack of cans quickly and smoothly, without tumbling, jamming or damage to cans. The entire layer can be transferred to a takeaway belt, a retort, or any other area. The magnet can also be used in reverse order to deposit a layer on a pallet. The operation can be repeated to form a multilayer stack. The palletizer/depalletizer magnets can be built in various sizes to fit stack configurations of cans.
