Emerald Automation offers case packing machines for a wide range of packaging applications, from packing flexible, vertical and stand up pouches and bags to flat case packing as well as loading bulk primary products into poly-line cases. Emerald’s Dash and DASH VP case packers place bags in cases vertically, while the DP (Drop Packer) model, available for larger bags, cases bags in a flat or horizontal orientation. Top, bottom, end and side load designs are available, as are gantry and robotic options. Emerald also offers case former/erector machines.

Emerald Automation - Wrapping Equipment Product Image

Emerald offers automatic foil overwrapping equipment for baked potatoes that runs at rates up to 40 per minute. The AF-40 potato wrapper uses a patented belt design to wrap potatoes in aluminum foil, using rolls of foil rather than individual sheets. Product is brought in via a servo-operated roller infeed and dropped softly into catch gates. A photoelectric eye triggers the servo-driven plunger to gently drive the product through the pre-cut foil and into the wrapping belts before depositing the wrapped product onto the discharge conveyor.
