The MS-15 Manual Stopper/Plunger Insertion System is designed to manually insert stoppers into both bulk and nested syringes ranging from 0.5- to 20 ml for pharmaceutical, medical and related packaging applications. The stopper is loaded by hand into the unit which then compresses the stopper, allowing it to be inserted within the syringe at a predetermined depth without the need for a vacuum. The unit is constructed of electro polished (316) stainless steel.

Dabrico’s feeder/accumulator DFD-50 is used for pharmaceutical vials, bottles, and other containers. This feeding and accumulating system is capable of reaching outputs on two single lines of 200 parts/min. on each line for a total of 400 parts/min. Adjustable rails accept vials and bottles from 2ml to 1000 ml.

The DN-50 is a fully automatic denesting machine used to remove nested syringes. The system is suitable for different types of syringes or cartridges made of glass or plastic from 1/2ml to 20 ml.

The DI-100 LT/XL Inspection System is designed to perform visual inspections of vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges, minimizing product handling. It handles a wide range of container types and sizes, with a maximum operating speed of 150 pieces per minute. Using one DI-100 LT/XL machine, one operator can achieve the same productivity as 4-5 operators in a typical manual inspection process. For ampoules, it can inspect fill level, ampoule tip, cracks, and scratches on the ampoule body. On cartridges, it inspects cake surface (for freeze-dried products), fill level, aluminum cap crimping and dents, stopper presence, and more. It also checks for fill level, cake surface, stopper presence, cracks, and scratches on vials, as well as other anomalies.

The DIH-15 Manual Inspection Hood was designed to aid in the visual inspection of vials, ampoules and syringes. This machine utilizes an LED overhead light, magnification lens (optional) as well as a white and black background to aid the operator in determining product defects. The unit also has an optional IV bag upgrade available. This inspection system is designed for small batch scenarios or to check random samples in a production lot.
