Brenton has installed over 600 traditional and robotic case packers. Case packing systems include the M2000 intermittent motion side load case packer and the M4000 direct load case packer, which forms, loads and completes a wide range of products in cases or trays on the same machine at speeds of up to 85 cases/trays per minute. Brenton also makes top load and robotic case packers.

Brenton's full line of palletizing solutions includes conventional and robotic palletizers designed to maximize reliability and value. Models include the Quest Box Bot Series, available as a modular or skid-based solution, and the RP1000 robotic palletizer, which can accommodate a variety of feeding and discharge lanes and mixed layer palletizing. HL1000 automatic palletizer is a conventional, high-level infeed palletizer from Currie, designed for packaging operations ranging from 30 to over 100 cases per minute.

Brenton’s RD1000 robotic palletizers and palletizing systems are a flexible line of products that can be configured to meet specific application requirements and automate depalletizing operations. Using a vacuum grip end of arm tool, the RD1000 can be configured to move single or multiple rows at a time and place them on a conveyor.
